590-20 Limited Entry Permit
After securing your general license, you apply for the 590-20 permit using Montana’s Bonus Point System.
One bonus point earned per unsuccessful year. Bonus points are squared in the draw. Example: 3 bonus points = 10 total chances in the drawing. Bonus points improve odds but do not guarantee a tag.
